Sarah as Sacajawea

The students were asked to choose a historical person and present a report about that person. There were a few standard questions that everyone had to answer however the majority of this project was open ended. The students could choose to present any way they wanted to. Some children made dioramas, mobiles and food. Others chose to dress up as their person. One student showed us how Betsy Ross cut the stars for the flag and while another student made a diary that belonged to Louis Braille. Their imaginations were awesome! This is a picture of Sarah as Sacajawea.
