Plant Investigation

At the beginning of our science unit on plants the children worked cooperatively to partake in a plant investigation. They were each given some flowers and they were asked to work with their partner to write down things that they saw, felt, smelled, heard or knew about the plants. I also asked them to write questions that they had about plants. The children did a great job with this open-ended KWL activity!
